Job Title: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day computer operations, documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and general administrative tasks. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic communication skills, and the ability to manage office work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate computer records.
- Prepare letters, reports, quotations, invoices, and other office documents.
- Operate MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Handle email correspondence, internet browsing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain physical and digital files, registers, and office records.
- Assist in preparing bills, statements, reports, and other documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and coordinate with staff and customers.




- Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative activities.
- Ensure proper filing, data accuracy, and confidentiality of office information.
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned by the management.
- Local Outdoor for bank,stationary,enquiry,purchase.

Educational Qualification

- Graduation or Diploma in Computer Applications, B.Com., B.A., or any computer-related degree.
- Computer course certificate such as MS-CIT, CCC, or equivalent preferred.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Basic typing and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of printing, scanning, and file management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
