- Handle end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment for the Indian market.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, and alternative channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and salary discussions.
- Perform headhunting for niche and specialized positions.
- Manage multiple requirements and maintain candidate engagement until joining.
- Solid sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Good screening and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong candidate follow-up and relationship management
- Practical sourcing knowledge beyond job portals
- Only local candidates are eligible
Candidates with recruitment internship experience are welcome
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
