Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and background verification.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and exit formalities.
- Ensure employee discipline, grooming, and uniform compliance.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Qualification: Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
Experience: Min 2 years in HR; automobile dealership experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
