Job Summary

The Team Leader – TPT will oversee the daily operations of the Telephonic Prayer Tower, guide and support prayer intercessors, monitor call quality, and ensure that callers receive compassionate, prayerful, and ministry-oriented support in accordance with Jesus Calls’ values.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the TPT team to ensure effective daily operations.
- Monitor prayer calls and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Guide prayer intercessors in prayer, listening, counselling, and compassionate communication.
- Review call quality and coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for feedback and improvement.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and coordinate shift schedules.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Provide coaching and training to new and existing team members.
- Handle escalated caller concerns appropriately and guide team members in difficult situations.
- Maintain daily reports, call records, team performance reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of callers’ personal information and prayer requests.
- Coordinate with Prayer Tower managers and other departments as required.
- Ensure the team follows ministry guidelines, organizational policies,



and established procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant ministry experience may be preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in team leadership, customer service, counselling support, call centres, or prayer ministry.
- Previous experience managing a team is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage shifts and work according to organizational requirements.
- A compassionate attitude, spiritual commitment, and genuine interest in prayer ministry.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a Prayer Tower, telephonic prayer ministry, or Christian ministry.
- Ability to guide and encourage prayer intercessors.
- Good understanding of caller handling, empathy, and appropriate counselling boundaries.
- Ability to assess call quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and team-management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Quality and effectiveness of prayer calls.
- Team attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
- Call quality and compliance with ministry guidelines.
- Team performance, training, and development.
- Timely reporting and effective resolution of escalated concerns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
