About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our maintenance team. You'll be responsible for keeping our machinery running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and resolve machine breakdown issues quickly (troubleshooting & repair)
- Be present on-site for continuous monitoring of machinery
- Prepare and follow preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Maintain records of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment
- Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement measures to prevent recurrence




- Coordinate with machine operators and production team to minimize downtime
- Follow safety standards and company SOPs
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and downtime data
- Be available for shift duty or emergency calls as required
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment

Requirements:

- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance / machine breakdown handling
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
