Act T Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to assist clients with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Guide users in software, system, and application usage.
- Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma holder in IT,



Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
