We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in email automation, audience segmentation, campaign analysis, and marketing funnel management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Create engaging email campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
- Manage email automation workflows using marketing automation tools.
- Segment subscriber lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and sales teams to create effective campaigns.
- Maintain email databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Robust understanding of email automation and customer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
- Understanding of email deliverability and spam regulations.
- Experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS email marketing campaigns.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
