Job Role Summary — Product & Investment Research

This role is primarily responsible for researching, evaluating, approving, and continuously monitoring investment products for Kredent Wealth. The person acts as the research and product-selection backbone for the wealth-management team, ensuring that only well-researched and suitable products are offered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Research: Build and maintain a broad universe of products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, SIFs, bonds, REITs/InvITs, structured products, and other wealth products.
- Due Diligence: Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of products, fund managers, strategies, performance, risk, liquidity, fees, governance, and documentation.
- Product Evaluation: Compare products with peers and benchmarks and assess their investment merit, portfolio role, risks, and suitability for different client profiles.
- Product Approval: Maintain the product pipeline across stages such as Under Evaluation, Approved,



Recommended, Watchlist, and Rejected, supported by transparent research notes and investment rationale.
- Investment Committee Support: Prepare research papers and presentations, present findings, and support evidence-based product approval decisions.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Continuously track approved products for performance, risk, portfolio changes, manager changes, capacity, governance, and other material developments.
- Internal Research & Support: Prepare market updates, product comparisons, and investment insights and help Relationship Managers understand and explain products accurately to clients.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain complete, accurate, confidential, and auditable research records and product documentation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
