Agency Directory & Visibility Executive

Job Description
We are looking for an Agency Directory & Visibility Executive to manage the company’s existing agency profiles, discover new listing opportunities, and strengthen the company’s online presence across agency directories, business marketplaces, and review platforms.

The role focuses on hands-on directory research, company profile management, listing approvals, profile optimization, and identifying platforms that can generate relevant enquiries and business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and maintain agency profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms
- Research and identify recent agency directories, business listing websites, review platforms, marketplaces, and industry-specific listing opportunities
- Create and complete company profiles on relevant platforms to expand the company’s online presence
- Keep company information, service descriptions, portfolios, case studies, reviews, credentials, and contact details accurate and up to date
- Improve profile completeness, category selection, service descriptions, and portfolio presentation to strengthen visibility
- Identify and apply for relevant agency directories, partner directories, industry awards, badges, and recognition opportunities
- Complete listing submissions, profile verification, certification, and other platform requirements where applicable
- Track listing applications, approval status, profile performance, incoming enquiries, and potential business opportunities
- Respond to enquiries received through agency directories and listing platforms or forward them to the appropriate team




- Maintain organized records of directories researched, profiles created, applications submitted, approvals received, and leads generated
- Evaluate listing platforms based on relevance, credibility, visibility, and potential to attract qualified business enquiries

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency listings, directory management, online business listings, company profile management, digital marketing, or online visibility preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
