Job Title: Field Trainer
Department: Training / Operations / Sales
Reporting To: Training Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary

The Field Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and developing field employees to improve their product knowledge, communication skills, customer service, and overall job performance. The role involves conducting on-the-job training, field visits, performance assessments, and providing continuous support to ensure employees meet company standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and practical demonstrations.
- Train employees on products, services, processes, and company policies.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor employee performance and identify training needs.
- Assess employees' knowledge, skills, and productivity after training.
- Develop and implement training plans based on business requirements.
- Support recent employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective training.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores,



and training reports.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to improve field performance.
- Ensure employees follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Track training effectiveness and provide regular feedback to management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in field training, sales, operations, or employee development.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate employees.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
