RSVP & Hospitality Associate

About the Role

Every “yes, I’ll be there” starts with someone following up, confirming, and making sure it actually happens. That’s you. We’re looking for an RSVP & Hospitality Associate who’s quick on calls, quicker on WhatsApp, and genuinely enjoys the back-and-forth of getting things sorted — guest lists, vendor quotes, meeting notes, all of it.

This is a hands-on, quick-learning role working closely with the senior team — perfect if you want a real shot at growing into the guest-experience side of events.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. RSVP & Guest Communication

* Make guest confirmation calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

* Keep the RSVP sheet updated in real time.

* Be the first responder for guest queries — quick, warm, and on top of it.

2. Hotel Coordination

* Support day-to-day hotel coordination.

* Share guest details, track room allocations, and follow up on requests before and during the event.

3. Vendor Research & Coordination

* Research and shortlist vendors.

* Gather quotes and handle follow-ups to keep things moving.

4. Hospitality Desk Support





* Be the second-in-command on the ground during events.

* Handle check-ins, guest queries, and desk operations.

* Back up the senior team wherever needed.

5. Meeting Minutes

* Sit in on client and vendor calls.

* Take sharp notes and circulate clear action points afterward.

6. Generalist Responsibilities

* Adapt to whatever the day needs. In events, the job description is a starting point, not a limit.

7. Software Proficiency

* Be comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets for trackers and lists.

Who We’re Looking For

* 0–2 years of experience (events/hospitality experience is a plus, not mandatory).

* Strong communicator — confident on calls, sharp on WhatsApp.

* Naturally organized, with an eye for follow-through.

* Comfortable doing research and chasing down information.

* Fluent in English and Hindi; Telugu is an added advantage.

* Must have a personal laptop.

* Available full-time, in-office, Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
