- Location: Guwahati, Assam.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Direct presentation and selling of residential flats to prospective buyers and walk-in clients.
- Client Advisory: Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend the ideal property options.
- Site Visits: Conduct professional property site visits, explaining layout plans, amenities, pricing, and project USPs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers,



handling objections smoothly to close deals.
- Lead Management: Follow up diligently with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to move them through the sales funnel.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of local real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing structures.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
- Experience: Experience in real estate sales is a plus, but freshers with a hunger for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Must be highly smart, presentable, and highly convincing with strong negotiation skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Hindi, Assamese].
- Mindset: A target-driven attitude, high resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred for facilitating client site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
