We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock control, team supervision, and ensuring productive store operations while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward material transactions.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and improve efficiency.




- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards within the store.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate

Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, automotive, spare parts, or industrial products is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
