Job Summary

Cloudmonte Technologies is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ERP implementation, business requirement analysis, system configuration, and client management, along with a good understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
- Work with clients to understand business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Handle functional areas such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.
- Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional requirement documents.
- Coordinate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.
- Perform functional testing, UAT, and troubleshooting.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience in functional testing, UAT, and user training.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage client requirements and work independently.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience working with international clients.
