Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our brand, generate leads, build local partnerships, and increase customer acquisition through offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, visiting different locations, and representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate leads through direct customer interactions, local outreach, and promotional campaigns.
- Visit residential societies, corporate offices, gyms, schools, colleges, and other potential partner locations.
- Build relationships with local businesses, communities, and potential customers.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate offers and services effectively.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential business partnerships.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and marketing targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with new people.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for field activities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
