We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, and alternative channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Build candidate relationships and follow up throughout the interview process until joining.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.




- Support niche and specialized hiring requirements.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in recruitment.
- Experience in the Indian recruitment market.
- Knowledge of both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and headhunting skills.
- Positive communication and candidate management skills.
- Candidates must currently reside in Pune.
- Face-to-face interview availability and immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
