Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP PS (Project System) Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in SAP Project System, a good understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost management, and project execution processes, and the ability to explain SAP functionalities through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through SAP PS configuration, project management processes, and industry-relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP PS (Project System) modules and functionalities.
- Explain SAP PS concepts, project structures, and end-to-end project management processes.
- Train learners on Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, activities, and milestones.
- Provide training on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation.
- Explain project cost planning, budgeting, availability control, and cost monitoring.
- Train learners on project execution, confirmations, progress tracking, and settlement.
- Cover project profiles, coding masks, network profiles, and relevant configuration settings.
- Explain integration of SAP PS with SAP MM, FI/CO, SD, and PP modules.
- Provide practical demonstrations using SAP systems and real-time business scenarios.
- Prepare training materials,



presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide learners through case studies and project-based exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS (Project System).
- Good understanding of project planning, execution, and cost management.
- Knowledge of WBS elements, networks, activities, and milestones.
- Experience with project budgeting, cost planning, availability control, and settlement.
- Understanding of SAP PS master data and configuration.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP PS and SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Project System.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain functional concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP PS Consultant, Functional Consultant, or SAP PS Trainer.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System and project-related financial processes.
- Experience working with engineering, construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
