Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition to support our hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Track recruitment progress and meet hiring timelines.




- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
