Job Summary

SFMC Project Support Consultant Grade 4

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Data Cloud, and MC Next implementation projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL, REST and SOAP APIs.

- Hands-on experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, MC Next, SFTP and third-party systems.

- Strong expertise in SFMC Administration, platform setup, configuration, and user access management.

- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Cloud Pages, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Subscriber Management, Data Modelling/Flow, Google Analytics Integration, Multilingual Omni Channel Messaging – Email, WhatsApp, Line.

- Strong understanding of SFMC data modeling and complex integration use cases.

- Knowledge of SFMC platform optimization, performance tuning, and resource utilization best practices.

- Valuable understanding of Salesforce CRM objects,



reporting, and administration.

- Familiarity with SFMC development, administration, and integration best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for production issues related to: Journeys, Automations, AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, Campaign execution.

- Ability to perform issue triaging and root cause analysis in a live production environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of handling client meetings and demos independently.

- Experience supporting global campaign rollouts across multiple geographies and meeting go-live timelines.

- Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering
