About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage client campaigns, generate qualified leads, and improve overall marketing performance.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, along with the ability to manage projects and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies from scratch.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Plan social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Generate qualified leads and improve conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign audits.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, developers,



and sales teams.
- Manage client accounts, prepare performance reports, and achieve agreed KPIs.
- Guide junior team members and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of practical digital marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and lead generation.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
- Agency experience and a proven campaign portfolio are preferred.

Key: This is a hands-on management role. Candidates with experience limited to only one marketing channel or team supervision without practical execution may not be suitable.
