A. Site Supervision & Execution

- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including masonry, plastering, concreting, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure completion of assigned activities within the stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams for smooth site operations.

B. Quality Control

- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved specifications.
- Check material quality, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and alignment.
- Identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Coordinate inspections at various stages of construction and finishing.

C. Material & Labour Management

- Monitor daily labour attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the store/purchase team for timely availability.
- Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage and utilisation.
- Maintain daily records of material consumption and labour deployment, as required.

D. Safety & Site Discipline

- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and secure working conditions at the site.
- Report unsafe practices, incidents, and potential site hazards to the reporting manager.

E. Progress Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily site progress reports and update work status.
- Maintain records of labour, material usage, site instructions,



and completed activities.
- Report delays, technical issues, material shortages, and execution challenges to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and other project teams.

F. Finishing & Handover

- Supervise finishing activities such as painting, flooring, tiling, doors, windows, and other civil works.
- Prepare and close snag lists through timely rectification.
- Ensure completed work meets quality requirements before inspection and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred; relevant site experience may also be considered.
- 12-15 years of experience in civil construction, real estate projects, or building finishing works.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, site measurements, civil materials, and execution methods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and quality standards.

7. Performance Expectations

The Civil Supervisor is expected to ensure timely execution of assigned civil works, maintain quality and safety standards, minimise rework and material wastage, and provide accurate progress updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
