Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing and bench sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, vendor management, C2C requirements, and marketing IT consultants to potential clients and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Identify and source suitable C2C requirements from vendor networks, job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Send consultant profiles and hotlists to vendors on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and recruiters.
- Negotiate hourly rates and confirm consultant availability, location preferences, and work authorization.
- Coordinate with vendors for interview scheduling, feedback, and submission updates.
- Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and track interview status.
- Maintain consultant databases, marketing trackers, and submission records.




- Verify job requirements, including technical skills, experience, location, work mode, visa restrictions, and employment terms.
- Work toward daily marketing targets, interview opportunities, and successful placements.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience marketing consultants on a C2C basis.
- Strong knowledge of C2C requirements, vendor communication, and rate negotiations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Data Engineering, Python, .NET, QA, Cloud, and other IT skill sets.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in the US night shift.
- Strong email-writing skills and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
