Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MRI Service Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in medical imaging equipment servicing to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for MRI systems at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MRI equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and attend breakdown service calls.
- Assist with MRI installation, commissioning, and system upgrades.
- Diagnose hardware, electrical, electronic, and software-related faults.
- Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with hospital biomedical teams and customers to ensure smooth equipment operation.




- Follow manufacturer guidelines and applicable equipment safety procedures.
- Travel to customer locations for on-site service and maintenance.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience & Skills

- 1 years of experience in medical equipment servicing, preferably MRI systems.
- Knowledge of MRI troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Experience with CT or other medical imaging equipment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
