Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and material requirement statements.

· Analyse construction drawings and calculate quantities of materials and work items.

· Prepare and verify contractor bills, running account bills, and measurements.

· Monitor project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.

· Assist in rate analysis, tender documentation, and cost-control activities.

· Coordinate with site engineers, contractors,



consultants, and the project management team.

Requirements

· B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.

· Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD.

· Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
