We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Special Handcrafts, a customized gifts and corporate gifting company.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Explain products, pricing, and customization options to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Generate new sales and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the production and packing teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain sales records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
- Responsible, active, and willing to learn.

Salary

₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM–7.00 PM
