Job Summary

Aroosha Technologies is looking for a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities across government and private sector projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender portals, documentation, and bid submission processes, with strong attention to detail and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state portals
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids
- Manage complete tender documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ, pricing, and supporting documents
- Ensure timely submission and track tender status

Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in tendering / bid management
- Good knowledge of GeM and government tender portals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of IT services/projects (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good connect with OEM's ( Optional)
