About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Recruitment & Operations team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in handling various IT and Non-IT recruitment profiles along with daily HR and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for various IT and Non-IT profiles.
- Work on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with HR documentation and daily operational activities.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks and coordination.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn about IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
