Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of lithium-ion battery systems.
- Diagnose and resolve battery, BMS, charger, and vehicle-related issues in the field.
- Conduct root cause analysis for battery failures and prepare technical reports
- Analyze battery logs, CAN data, and operating parameters to identify faults.
- Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and service partners.
- Handle warranty and non-warranty service cases as per company procedures.
- Coordinate battery repair, replacement, and RTP (Return to Plant) activities.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and failure analysis reports.
- Conduct technical training for dealers, Distributor and technicians

Skills Required
Analyse battery logs, CAN data, and operating parameters to identify faults, Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and failure analysis reports, customer support, and coordination with OEM/Chanel partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
