We are hiring Collections Executives for a reputed fintech organisation in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Shift: US shift hours; compulsory night shifts
- Working Days: 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays as required

The role involves managing overdue US credit-card accounts, contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiating repayment arrangements and settlements, and achieving recovery targets while adhering to applicable US collections regulations and company policies.

Candidates must have strong spoken English, hands-on experience in US credit-card collections, and the ability to handle high-volume outbound calls.

Benefits: ₹400 night-shift allowance per night worked. Eligible outstation candidates may receive relocation support, including accommodation reimbursement of up to ₹10,000 per month for two months against valid bills, one week of hotel accommodation, and a one-way flight for joining, subject to applicable policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage delinquent US credit-card accounts, including 30–180+ Days Past Due (DPD) and charge-off accounts.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to discuss overdue balances and repayment options.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and hardship-program options.
- Handle customer disputes, escalations, and payment-related queries professionally.
- Explain APR, minimum payments, late fees, and repayment options.
- Use predictive/auto-dialers and collections CRM systems to manage account portfolios.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow customer verification, privacy, and applicable US collections compliance requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly recovery, Right Party Contact (RPC), Promise to Pay (PTP), and productivity targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Mandatory: 2–3 years of direct US credit-card collections experience.
- Strong spoken English with clear, professional communication.
- Good understanding of US credit-card collections processes.
- Experience handling delinquent and charge-off accounts.
- Hands-on experience with settlements and hardship programs.
- Familiarity with predictive/auto-dialers and collections CRM systems.
- Understanding of APR, minimum payments, late fees, and payment arrangements.
- Basic working knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA/Regulation F, privacy requirements, and customer verification.
- Strong negotiation, customer-handling, and recovery skills.
- Willingness to work compulsory night shifts, six days a week, from the Bengaluru office.

Preferred Background

Candidates with relevant US credit-card collections experience in banking, fintech, or international collections processes are encouraged to apply.
