Position Title: Office Filing Clerk

Job Summary

The Office Filing Clerk will manage sorting, organizing, and maintaining export accounts documents — including purchase bills, sales bills, and miscellaneous expense records — ensuring accurate and easily retrievable filing for accounts and audit purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort and file purchase bills, sales bills, and miscellaneous expense documents by date, vendor/buyer, and category
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for accounts records
- Retrieve documents promptly when requested by accounts or management staff
- Scan and digitize bills and receipts for digital backup
- Maintain filing logs/indexes to track document location and status
- Assist in compiling documents for audits, GST filing, or accounts reconciliation




- Monitor and manage stock of filing supplies (folders, labels, storage boxes)
- Archive old records per company retention policy
- Support basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or accounts filing (freshers may also apply)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

- English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- Prior experience in a trading/export company or accounts documentation environment

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
