About the role

BIMLABS Global is looking for a student-focused counselor to support prospective and current students throughout the admissions process and their learning journey. This role combines student counseling, admissions follow-up, and day-to-day coordination with students, trainers, and management.

Responsibilities

- Respond to student inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Counsel prospective students about BIM courses, training programmes, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Meet monthly admission targets and assigned sales and conversion KPIs.
- Take ownership of assigned admission goals in a target-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation.
- Coordinate class schedules, attendance, student support, and batch planning.
- Communicate updates about classes, examinations, certifications, and other academic activities.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to address student needs and plan batches.




- Support the institute’s daily administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare reports on admissions, lead follow-ups, student status, and daily activities.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and student-friendly office environment.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the institute professionally and contribute to business growth through effective counseling and customer service.

Eligibility and skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently with students and parents.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and a working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer skills, including email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office.
- Good organization, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Comfortable working toward admission targets and supporting daily office operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
