Job Description:-

- Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems: Create and maintain quality management systems that comply with industry standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO15001.
- Monitor Production Processes: Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits of quality control systems to identify areas of non- compliance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to develop solutions for process improvements and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures, fostering a culture of quality within the organization.




- Manage Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints related to product or service quality, leading root cause analysis investigations when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes and prepare reports on quality metrics for management review

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
