Job Location: Maharashtra & Karnataka

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers may also apply)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil works at wind and solar project sites.
- Monitor foundation work, excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting.
- Supervise equipment foundations, inverter foundations, transformer foundations, and other infrastructure works as applicable.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, and construction layouts.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), measurement sheets, and work completion reports.




- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and RA bill measurements.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants during site inspections and project execution.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read civil drawings and understand BOQ.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites in Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
