We are urgently hiring motivated and enthusiastic freshers for the position of HR Recruiter. Candidates interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Call candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist the HR team in achieving hiring targets.
- Handle daily recruitment activities and candidate queries.
Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
