Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts with 10+ years of experience in the B2B industry, strong team-handling skills, and hands-on experience managing digital wallets and payment platforms such as PhonePe and Paytm.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent financial management skills, and the ability to lead the accounts team while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's complete accounting and financial operations.
- Handle B2B accounting, billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage and reconcile digital wallet transactions, including PhonePe, Paytm, and other payment gateways.
- Oversee bank reconciliation, ledger management, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Supervise, guide, and manage the accounts team.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, and financial discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and auditors.
- Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Mandatory experience in the B2B industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and team management.
- Hands-on experience with digital wallets/payment platforms such as PhonePe and Paytm.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Salary & Work Location

- Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month in-hand, depending on experience and skills.
- Location: Sector 19, Phase 5, Gurugram, Haryana.
