Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – BAMS/BHMS

Job Overview:

MediGrow Solutions is hiring qualified and dedicated Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) for a hospital in Susgaon, Pune. Both freshers and experienced doctors are welcome to apply.

The selected candidates may be assigned to the ICU, Emergency Department, or General Ward, depending on hospital requirements and their qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to patients and provide appropriate medical care.
- Monitor patients and assess their clinical condition.
- ICU Duty: Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient condition, and promptly inform the treating consultant.
- Emergency Duty: Assist with initial patient assessment, emergency management, and stabilization within the scope of training and qualifications.
- General Ward Duty: Monitor admitted patients, maintain clinical records, and coordinate with consultants and nursing staff.
- Follow prescribed treatment plans, hospital protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.




- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

- BAMS or BHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–5 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.
