Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: 6 Months (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (+ Performance Incentives)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a enthusiastic Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The primary responsibility will be contacting potential customers, presenting company products/services, and generating leads or completing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to potential and existing customers using provided lead lists.
Explaining company products, services, and offers clearly to prospective clients.
Answering customer inquiries and resolving queries effectively.
Conducting regular follow-ups with interested leads to close sales.
Maintaining accurate logs of calls, responses, and customer details in CRM or Excel spreadsheets.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
Language Skills: Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic understanding of English is a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel and web navigation).
Excellent active listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
