Immigration Consultant – Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand clients' immigration, study abroad, visitor visa, and permanent residency requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess client profiles and recommend appropriate visa options.
- Explain the complete visa process, documentation requirements, timelines, and applicable fees.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful registrations.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline.
- Achieve monthly consultation, registration, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.




- Assist clients in collecting the required documents and ensure timely submission.
- Address client queries professionally throughout the application process and provide regular updates.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
- Generate referrals through excellent client service and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, educational events, and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
