Job Description – Store Manager cum Head Stylist

Location: Bansal Mall, Bhopal

Working Timings:10 am - 8 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Engage with customers, provide personalized styling advice, and convert enquiries and walk-ins into sales.
- Build customer relationships through regular follow-ups, repeat purchases, and referrals.
- Manage, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain qualified standards.
- Handle all billing, customer payments, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, stock records, product displays,



and store maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, expenses, and stock, and submit daily reports to management.
- Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure smooth operations in accordance with company policies.

Main ObjectiveTo maximize sales and revenue generation at the Bhopal store through customer engagement, styling expertise, repeat business, and effective team management.
