We are looking for a QC Executive with experience in the Cosmetics / FMCG industry to ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished goods.

Perform in-process and finished product quality checks as per approved specifications and SOPs.

Ensure products comply with defined quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities.

Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.

Coordinate with Production, R&D;, QA, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Investigate quality complaints, deviations, and product defects and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct sampling and testing as per established procedures.

Ensure proper documentation and traceability of testing and inspection activities.





Support batch release activities and ensure quality parameters are met before product dispatch.

Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration/maintenance.

Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits as required.

Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the QC laboratory and testing area.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a relevant field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in QC within Cosmetics, FMCG, Personal Care, or related industries.

Valuable understanding of quality testing, sampling, specifications, and QC documentation.

Knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, and quality management systems.

Familiarity with cosmetic/FMCG raw materials, formulations, and finished product testing will be an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with Production, R&D;, QA, and other cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
