About ISIEINDIA
ISIEINDIA (Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers) is an organization working in the EV, solar, renewable energy, and skill development sectors, bridging the gap between academia and industry through innovative engineering solutions and technical training infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily inward and outward material transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and material movement documentation.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with the procurement and operations teams.
- Monitor material availability and identify stock shortages, discrepancies, and shortfalls.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate timely material replenishment.
- Ensure proper material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory registers, GRN records, and supporting documentation.




- Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records using Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for material availability and procurement requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or material handling.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books and Refrens is mandatory.
- Knowledge of inward/outward material management and PO creation.
- Ability to identify stock shortfalls and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Positive coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment stores will be preferred.
