Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer – Electrical to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and service of laser and industrial machinery at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission laser cutting, marking and welding machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control-system problems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot control panels, wiring, sensors, relays, contactors, SMPS and MCBs.
- Work with PLC, HMI, servo motors, servo drives and VFDs.
- Check machine electrical circuits, I/O signals and control systems.
- Troubleshoot proximity sensors, limit switches and safety devices.
- Identify faulty electrical/electronic components and coordinate for replacement.




- Support machine commissioning and electrical panel testing.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo drives and VFDs.
- Knowledge of sensors, relays, contactors and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of CNC/laser machines is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Qualification

Preferred:

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / EEE
- B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / EEE

Experience: 2–4 years in:

- Industrial machinery
- CNC machines
- Laser machines
- Automation
- Electrical maintenance
- Machine service
- Manufacturing equipment
