Job Description – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Real Estate Sales professional with 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector, with hands-on experience in Villa and Apartment sales, Direct Sales, and End-to-End Sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and closing skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.

1. Sales Target Achievement --- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

2. Lead Management, Conversion & Closures -- Manage and convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings with defined conversion ratios.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management-- Ensure timely, consistent follow-ups and high-quality customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.

4. Site Visit & Project Presentation--- Conduct effective site visits, presentations and negotiations to drive closures.

5.



Negotiation & Sales Closure --- Handle customer negotiations within approved company policies and pricing guidelines.

6. CRM & Sales Process Compliance-- Maintain accurate CRM updates, documentation and adherence to sales SOPs.

7. Market & Competitor Awareness--- Keep updated on local real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
