Job Summary

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and customer service, with the ability to recommend suitable products and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal care requirements.
- Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and beauty products based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and store visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper stock replenishment and report stock shortages.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional offers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and operational standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum Plus Two; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or beauty advisory is an added advantage.

Working Hours

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Rotational shifts, as per store requirements.
