Job Description
We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in one of the following language combinations:
- English + Hindi + Kannada
- English + Hindi + Telugu
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Required Experience: Social media customer support experience is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in any one of the specified language combinations.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Communicate professionally with customers across multiple channels.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹31,000 CTC per month for experienced candidates.
- Extra benefits as per company policy.
