Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & MIS Executive with an educational background in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related technical field. The candidate will be responsible for financial data management, banking-related coordination, payment tracking, data validation, and MIS report preparation. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of MS Excel, basic financial and banking operations, and programming languages such as Python or .NET. Candidates with experience handling banking transactions, bank account details, financial databases, and automated reporting processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Data Management & Processing
Collect, organise, validate, and maintain financial data related to payments, receipts, expenses, transactions, and account balances. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial records across business operations.

2. Banking Operations & Transaction Management
Maintain and verify bank account details, account numbers, IFSC codes, bank statements, and transaction records. Coordinate payment processing, track NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transactions, and assist in resolving banking-related discrepancies.

3. Payment Tracking & Reconciliation
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, verify transaction references, and maintain payment trackers. Compare internal financial records with bank statements, identify mismatches, and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.

4. Financial Records & Documentation
Maintain digital records of invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, transaction details, and other financial documents. Ensure that financial data is properly organised, updated, and readily accessible for reporting and verification.

5. Finance & Banking MIS Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering payments, receipts, bank transactions, outstanding balances, expenses,



and account-wise financial summaries. Consolidate data from multiple sources and present accurate reports to management.

6. Data Validation & Quality Checks
Verify financial datasets for missing information, duplicate entries, incorrect bank details, and transaction mismatches. Apply appropriate validation checks to maintain data integrity and minimise errors in financial reporting.

7. Automated Reporting & Data Processing
Use Excel and, where applicable, Python or .NET- based tools to automate repetitive data processing, reporting, reconciliation, and validation tasks. Assist in improving reporting efficiency and reducing manual effort.

8. Database & Financial Information Management
Maintain structured financial databases, spreadsheets, and digital records. Assist in extracting, updating, filtering, and organising financial information to support transaction tracking, account management, and management reporting.

9. Financial Analysis & Reporting Support
Analyse financial data to identify payment trends, pending transactions, outstanding amounts, and discrepancies. Prepare summaries and comparative reports to help management monitor financial activities and make informed decisions.

10. Coordination with Banking & Internal Teams
Coordinate with banks, accounts teams, finance departments, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding transaction status, payment confirmations, bank details, and financial documentation. Follow up on pending transactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.

11. MIS Dashboard & Performance Tracking
Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS dashboards and trackers for banking transactions, payment status, expenses, outstanding amounts, and financial operations. Present key data points in a structured format for periodic management reviews.

12. Process Improvement & Technical Support
Identify opportunities to improve financial data handling, reporting workflows,



and banking-related processes through automation and better data management. Support the implementation of technical tools and standardised reporting procedures wherever required.

Required Technical Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology (B.Sc. IT), or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in MIS reporting, financial data management, banking operations, payment processing, or a related role.
- Banking Knowledge: Practical understanding of bank account details, IFSC codes, bank statements, transaction references, fund transfers, and payment verification.
- MS Excel: Working knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, sorting, filtering, data validation, and report preparation.
- Programming Languages: Basic knowledge of Python and/or .NET technologies is preferred.
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL, relational databases, data extraction, and data validation is an advantage.
- MIS Reporting: Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, trackers, and financial summaries.
- Data Processing: Ability to clean, consolidate, validate, and analyse structured datasets accurately.
- Automation: Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy or other automation tools is an advantage.
- Technical Tools: Knowledge of Excel automation, APIs, database connectivity, or financial reporting systems will be preferred.
- Communication: Positive communication, coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Data Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive banking information and financial records responsibly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with an IT or Computer Science background and experience in finance-related MIS reporting will be preferred.
- Candidates with previous experience in a bank, banking operations, financial services, payment processing, or handling bank account details will have an advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge of Python, .NET, SQL, and reporting automation are preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
