Required Diploma or BE Mechanical with 2 to 3 years experience in manufacturing department of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ACHE, piping, structural steel, or process equipment companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain material requirement plans based on production schedules, project plans, and customer delivery commitments.
- Calculate material requirements using Bills of Materials (BOM), drawings, specifications, and engineering inputs.
- Identify material shortages, excess inventory, and critical materials in advance.
- Ensure the availability of materials as per planned production and project execution schedules.
- Regularly update material planning data in ERP/MRP systems.

Technical Skills





- Positive understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), BOM, inventory control, and procurement processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP software
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to analyse material consumption, stock levels, supplier lead times, and production schedules.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, material specifications, and codes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
