Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, maintain strong professional relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the timely execution of client requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Follow up with clients for content approvals, feedback, pending requirements, payments, and other deliverables.
- Understand client expectations and communicate requirements clearly to the internal team.
- Coordinate with digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, and other teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and pending tasks.
- Keep clients updated on campaign progress, deliverables,



and project status.
- Resolve client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain client records, communication history, and follow-up reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and other basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, skilled approach, and problem-solving mindset.

Experience

- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or digital marketing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
