We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineers to join our team at Rayagada, Odisha. The candidates should have sound knowledge of civil construction billing, quantity estimation, measurement verification, BOQ analysis, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit RA bills, running bills, and final bills as per project specifications and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and verify detailed measurements of completed civil and construction works.
- Check BOQ items, quantities, rates, and variations against the approved work order and contract.
- Coordinate with the site team, client, and consultant for joint measurements and bill certification.
- Prepare quantity calculations, reconciliation statements, and variation claims.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Follow up with clients and consultants for measurement approvals, bill certification,



and payment processing.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of all billing-related documents.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying, preferably in civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, final billing, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing software.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work at the project site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
