Job Responsibilities

- Perform assembly and installation of EV conversion kits and vehicle components.
- Assist in fitting motors, wiring harnesses, controllers, batteries, and other components as assigned.
- Follow production instructions, standard operating procedures, and daily production targets.
- Conduct basic quality checks and report defects to the supervisor.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Coordinate with technicians and production supervisors to ensure smooth production.
- Minimize material wastage and prevent component damage.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering preferred.



SSLC / HSC candidates with relevant skills may also apply.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, hand tools, or electrical components.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Positive discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to perform production-floor activities safely.
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required, as per company policy.
- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000.
